Half of the reading time should be out loud.  IXL P1-4 Social Studies We are starting our study of Michigan History with learning all about Michigan’s State Symbols. Reading We are reviewing how to build reading stamina and comprehension.  I am also taking this time to assess each student so I will have many pieces of data to share with you at conferences. Writing We are spending our writing time working on writing paragraphs about small moments. Students will bring their notebook home on Friday. Please take a moment to read their first attempts this year at quick personal narratives. Math Our first math standard is 3NBT.
